Job summary

Ascent Business Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate for US Physician Billing AR calling from Hyderabad. The role requires hands-on EPIC PMS experience and at least 1 year in inpatient/outpatient physician billing.

You will follow up on claims, check status with insurers, address denials, and post payments while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The position demands high productivity and assumes night-shift availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Physician Billing AR Calling.
• Hands-on experience working on EPIC PMS (Mandatory).
• Experience in Inpatient and/or Outpatient Physician Billing.
• Strong understanding of Denial Management; Appeals & Reconsiderations; Insurance Verification; Claim Status Follow-up; Payment Posting Concepts.
• Knowledge of US payers (Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Humana, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
