Job summary

Ascent Business Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US Physician Billing AR Caller to manage claim follow-ups, verify status with payers, and optimize reimbursements. You will analyze denials, document activities in EPIC PMS, and ensure HIPAA-compliant processes while meeting daily targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of US physician billing AR calling experience, hands-on EPIC PMS, and understands payer policies across Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, and other

Qualifications

• 1 year of US Physician Billing AR Calling experience.
• Hands-on EPIC PMS experience.
• Experience in Inpatient and/or Outpatient physician Billing.
• Knowledge of US payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, Humana.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely follow-up on outstanding insurance claims for US Physician billing accounts.
• Contact insurance companies to check claim status, resolve claim issues, and secure reimbursements.
• Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims.
• Identify root causes of claim denials and take corrective action.
• Work on aging reports and prioritize high-value accounts.
• Document all call outcomes and follow-up activities accurately in the EPIC PMS.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
