Job summary

RPG Group seeks an experienced Mold Design Engineer to lead plastic injection mold projects. The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on design experience in plastics, with strong CAD, GD&T skills and knowledge of molding materials and heat treatment.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation, perform problem solving, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust tooling solutions across automotive, electrical, or consumer components.
