Job summary

DP World Rail Logistics Private Limited, Mohiuddinpur, Meerut (UP) is seeking an Executive Terminal Operations to oversee yard, rail and warehouse activities. The role emphasizes achieving faster rake/ container turnaround, maintaining SLAs and ensuring strict EXIM, customs and rail compliance while managing customer correspondence.

The ideal candidate has a graduate degree with at least five years in operations, plus strong MS Excel/Word/PPT skills and the ability to monitor KPIs and produce

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in operations.
• Good command of English in both spoken and written form.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth operations in yard, rail & warehouse (EXIM/Domestic).
• MIS knowledge and Productivity Monitoring of operations.
• Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs.
• Ensure timely loading/unloading of Train as per TAT.
• To follow strictly the SOPs of Yard, Rail & Gate operation
• Ensure to prepare various reports & showing with concerned in time.
• Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.
• Plan to utilize equipment optimally and its proper management.
• Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.
• To have zero customer complaints.
• Cost saving initiatives.
• To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors/ Customers/ Govt. authorities.
• Responsible for all warehouse functions of Inward, Put-away, Picking, Outbound and Inventory.
• Managing surveyor teams and with proper roasters and deployment of work.
• Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA
• Proper Audit/stock take, and Shrinkage under Limits as provided by Business Team
• Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA.
• Maintaining HSE Standard and submission of reports
• To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground.

Job location - DP World Rail Logistics Private Limited, ICD Modinagar, Kharkhoda Road, Mohiuddinpur, MEERUT, UP – 250205

6-day work week (Monday to Saturday), Only 2nd Saturday is an off.

Primary objectives -

• To achieve faster turnaround of rake & containers
• Maintain SLAs of software for Rail and Yard
• Ensuring proper documentation related to s/line, customs, and Railways.
• To ensure compliance related to EXIM, customs & railways.
• Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship
• Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved.
