Job summary

Mahansaria Group in Nagpur seeks a field-focused professional to drive product development, testing, and customer engagement across distributors, customers and tyre-fitters. You will perform site visits, gather VOC, and provide product recommendations based on application and usage.

You will support sales with joint visits, conduct market intelligence, and ensure timely data collection and reporting from OE dealers and distributors, strengthening relationships with large fleet customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product testing and inspection activities on a monthly basis
• Ensure quality standards and performance benchmarks are met
• Manage customer claims through inspection and resolution
• Maintain a turnaround time (TAT)
• Deliver product training sessions to: Distributors, Customers, Tyre fitters
• Conduct site visits and studies
• Provide product recommendations based on application and usage
• Perform competitor analysis including: Product performance, Scrap/site studies, Campaigns and activities
• Share insights as required
• Support sales team through joint visits and technical inputs
• Assist in identifying and generating new leads
• Collect and document: Product testimonials, Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback
• Gather data from OE dealers and distributors
• Maintain structured reports for analysis
• Visit large customers (fleet size >30 vehicles)
• Strengthen relationships and provide technical support
