About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our TA team and drive end-to-end recruitment across technology functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer closures, with the ability to independently manage critical and niche technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
• Handle hiring for mid to senior-level technology positions, including niche and critical skill requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, initial discussions, compensation negotiations, and offer closures.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process to minimize offer drops and no-shows.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve interview turnaround time and closure ratios.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely updates in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, pipeline, interview-to-selection ratio, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
• Support proactive talent mapping and market research for niche technology skills.
• Work with recruitment vendors/agencies wherever required and ensure effective utilization.
• Ensure adherence to internal recruitment processes, documentation, BGV, and onboarding guidelines.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall TA effectiveness.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within the IT/Technology industry.
• Proven experience in end-to-end technology recruitment.
• Experience handling critical, niche, and senior-level positions.
• Strong exposure to stakeholder management and candidate negotiations.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
