Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) – required.
• MBA – preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling 18‑month site forecast aligned with the sales forecast.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, Packaging, QC, QA, and QM) to ensure seamless day‑to‑day business operations.
• Analyze back‑order products, provide actionable insights, and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and clearance.
• Prepare and maintain site‑specific MIS reports, including Service Level, Volume Absorption Tracking, and Failure‑to‑Supply analysis.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination meetings to ensure uninterrupted product supply across Quality, Sales, and Operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate capture of all finished goods updates in the designated tracking systems.
• Partner with manufacturing sites to support the preparation of Annual Budget and Latest Estimate (LE) plans.
• Support material planning activities to ensure optimal inventory availability and supply continuity.
• Perform predictive inventory analysis to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and support proactive supply chain decision‑making
