Lead S&OP discussions with Sales/Marketing and within the Supply Chain to assure supply readiness.
Release supply schedules for in-house and vendor-sourced deliveries.
Prepare and execute the dispatch plan from factories to branch warehouses.
Develop Inventory policies and ensure compliance.
Review SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory) and prepare long-term/short-term plans.
Set up and execute regular drumbeat reviews with Sales teams on product availability.
Maintain service levels with close coordination with production and logistics teams.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis for stock availability issues.
Identify levers to drive service improvement.
Lead weekly supply presentations for the category to leadership teams.
Assess long-term capacity sufficiency for various products.
Support Customer Service team on visibility and material availability.
Drive initiatives and supply chain projects for improvements.
