You will collaborate with stakeholders, assist in supplier selection, manage RFIs/RFQs, and monitor KPIs to ensure contract implementation and continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Understands business strategy and procurement needs
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
• Supports Pre-Sales in quotations through costing and supplier selection
• Develops category strategies to reduce costs and improve service
• Sources suppliers and coordinates supplier selection with internal customers
• Analyzes make/buy options and advises on strategy
• Maintains strong supplier relationships to enable contract implementation and opportunities
• Leads RFIs/RFQs and negotiates cost-effective agreements
• Contributes to Design To Cost with R&D for supplier-enabled innovation
• Monitors contract execution and escalations with suppliers and internal teams
• Delivers KPI reports to business stakeholders and Purchasing Management

Job description

We are hiring for Executive - SCBO (Supply Chain Back Office) based at NSEZ, Noida.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensures complete understanding of the Business strategy, objectives, and needs
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between the procurement activity and the Business objectives
• May Support the Pre-Sales team in quotations through costing and suppliers selection
• Develops or supports category strategies that enhance innovation and quality, reduce costs and improve service to internal stakeholders
• May source suppliers and work with internal customers on the supplier selection
• May conduct in-depth analyses to advise on the make/buy strategy
• Ensures deep and continuous relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth contract implementation, identify further business opportunities and anticipate risks
• Challenges needs, conducts RFI/RFQ, negotiates cost-effective agreements with suppliers that result in delivering the agreed budget and providing a competitive advantage for IDEMIA
• May contribute to the Design To Cost activity and cooperates with Research and Development to realize supplier-enabled innovation
• Ensures the effective implementation of the contracts and is the main escalation point toward suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Manages the settlement of escalations, drives or supports continuous improvement in Supplier performance
• Delivers proper reports of the KPIs to the Business stakeholders and to the Purchasing Management team
