Job summary

Actylis is seeking a warehouse/store professional in India to manage material receipt, storage, and stock control. You will verify documents, punch GRNs, and ensure items are correctly identified by status, while maintaining QMS/EMS records and safety practices.

The role requires graduate qualification with 3–8 years of experience, plus leadership ability to coordinate with procurement and operations teams in a fast-moving supply environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate required with 3–8 years experience in material storage and warehouse operations.
• Experience with GRN, documentation, stock control, and audit readiness.
• Ability to manage teams and handle audits.
• Strong adherence to QMS/EMS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Physically receive materials and verify against documents; report shortages or excesses to procurement.
• Punch GRN in the system with complete details after verification and approval.
• Ensure materials are tagged with inspection/test status (Approved/Quarantine/Rejected).
• Handle material receipt, issue, and storage by location and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels for Liquid/Solvent PM and job work materials.
• Maintain departmental procedures and records required by QMS/EMS.
• Assist the manager in daily activities and system-related work; communicate material requests.
• Oversee health and safety, security, and emergency readiness per policy and law.

Position Summary

The selected candidate shall be responsible for material receipt, Identification, issuing and Housekeeping, RM/PM/other Material Storage & Stock keeping,Warehouse controlling & Store Management,Maintain of store SOP/stock records & Handling Audit.

Responsibilities will include:

• Physically material received and verified as per the documents, if any shortage/excess and other issue inform to procurement team.
• Punch GRN of received quantity in the system with all details, after verification of checklist and approval.
• Ensure all materials are identified with their inspection and test status like Approved/ Quarantine / Rejected etc.
• Responsible for material receipt, issue & storage of material location wise.
• Responsible for stock as per book records & taking the stock of Liquid / Solvent PM, Job work material and other material.
• Responsible for departmental procedures and maintain records required by QMS/EMS.
• To assist the manager in daily activities and all system-related work and communicate the material requests to the manager.
• Manage health and safety, security, and emergency system, capabilities and staff and customer awareness, according to company policy and the relevant law.
