Job summary

Adani Group in Madhya Pradesh operates a TG & Aux/BOP maintenance shift role focused on safe, reliable mechanical upkeep. You will participate in CAPA implementation, preventive/predictive maintenance, and interface with multiple departments to optimize plant performance.

The position requires hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a thermal power setting and proficiency with SAP and JSA processes. Shift-based on-site work in India is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PM, CBM, breakdown, shutdown and OH maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of Thermal Power Plant operations.
• Recordkeeping of critical parameters related to mechanical maintenance in TG Aux & BOP area; SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working in the assigned area during the entire shift.
• Implement CAPA in turbine area pumps, piping, valves.
• Adhere to JSA procedures.
• Execute innovative plant maintenance standards to stay competitive.
• Provide input to long term maintenance plans based on predictive & preventive maintenance.
• Provide budget inputs and control costs to maintain yearly budgets; interface with other departments to support plant PLF, heat rate, and goals.
• Maintain optimum inventory level balancing inventory value and availability of critical spares.
• Ensure continual improvement in equipment and system performance.
• Coordinate work through service providers.
• Maintain necessary documents for the job.
• Achieve quality targets through best maintenance practices.

• This position of Shift Maintenance is responsible for all routine mechanical maintenance of TG & Aux. and BOP during shift.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Ensure safe working in the assigned area during the entire shift.

• To works as per JSA.
• Execute innovative plant maintenance standards required to remain competitive.
