Job summary

Tiefenbacher Laboratories headquartered in Hyderabad seeks a Technology Transfer Sr. Executive/Executive to lead the seamless transfer of established products into manufacturing, with a strong focus on documentation and global regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with R&D, production, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines, oversee BMR/BPR preparation, review process validations, and continuously improve transfer methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences is required.
• 5-8 years of experience in technology transfer or production with documentation practices.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance for finished dosage forms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technology transfer process ensuring robust, compliant manufacturing, including new API sources.
• Oversee preparation and review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Review process validation protocols and reports.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, QA, and regulatory teams to align project deliverables and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes, address deviations, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, cGMP) and internal guidelines.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Transfer Sr. Executive / Executive to lead the seamless transition of established products (tablets, capsules, and other formulations) into manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong production and technology transfer experience along with a focus on documentation, including regulatory response documents, justification reports, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and optimizing manufacturing processes.

A Challenging Task

• Manage the technology transfer process, ensuring robust and compliant manufacturing processes, e.g. implementation of new API sources.


• Oversee the preparation and review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for smooth transfer and manufacturing.


• Review process validation protocols and reports.


• Coordinate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.


• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes, addressing deviations and improving efficiency.


• Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, cGMP) and internal quality guidelines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
