Job summary

Tiefenbacher Laboratories seeks a Pharma Process Engineer for Hyderabad to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve manufacturing equipment ensuring GMP compliance and uninterrupted production.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams to keep equipment operating safely, reliably and efficiently, with a focus on process maintenance and reliability improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical required.
• 4+ years of experience in OSD Process maintenance.
• Ability to perform breakdown maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Experience managing electrical and mechanical works and shift activities.

Role Overview

A Pharma Process engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and utility systems to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with GMP standards. The technician works closely with Production, Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams to keep manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently.

A Convincing Background

• Diploma/ B-Tech qualification in Electrical / Mechanical.
• 4+ years of experience in OSD Process maintenance.
• Responsible for execution of preventive maintenance for Process equipments as per schedules.
• Responsible to maintain the equipments critical spares.
• Maintaining process equipments Such as: Wet Granulation (ACG, Glatt), Compression (Sejong, Fette, Cadmack), Coating (Sejong, Glatt), Dry Granulation, Blister Packing line, Bottle Packing line.
• Installation of new machinery and performing qualifications.
