Job Summary: The Executive/Senior Executive – Production will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, adherence to regulatory standards, continuous improvement, and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Production Management – Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet schedules and targets, optimize resource use, and adjust processes to changing demands.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure all activities comply with GMP and FDA regulations, conduct inspections and audits, and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Process Optimization – Identify improvement opportunities, implement lean and continuous improvement methodologies, and collaborate with engineering and QA teams to enhance efficiency.
• Leadership – Lead, train, and mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative work culture.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain batch records, logbooks, and production reports, and prepare performance reports for management.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure safe production practices, conduct safety training, and investigate incidents.
• Inventory Management – Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished product inventories, coordinate with procurement, and implement control measures.
