Job Summary:

The Executive Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the engineering operations within our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This role involves ensuring the optimal functioning of all plant equipment and systems, managing maintenance activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Equipment Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment servicing and spare parts procurement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in engineering within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and engineering best practices.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, CMMS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment and processes.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as necessary.
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily a plant environment, with occasional office work.
  • Some travel may be required for training, conferences, or vendor meetings.
