Job summary

CIEL HR in Ahmedabad is hiring an Executive / Sr Executive HR to lead end-to-end HR activities at our Ahmedabad Head Office (ISCON Cross Roads). You will manage recruitment, policy implementation and payroll processes in a fast-growing pharma environment.

The role requires MBA HR / MHRM / MSW with 2–6 years of pharma experience, strong English skills, and the ability to foster an international culture of the company.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG in HR is required.
• 2–6 years of HR experience, preferably in Pharma.
• Experience with HRMS software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR activities for the company.
• Manage recruitment activities.
• Implement HR policies and HR strategy.
• Foster effective communication between employees and management to create an international culture of the company.
• Establish a systematic filing system for employee personal files to ensure retrieval of employee records.
• Manage payroll operation using HRMS.
• Ensure all labour compliances are met.
• Track attendance and leaves, and maintain HR documentation.
• Manage Performance Management activities in coordination with management.
• Coordinate and maintain training records and activities.

The organisation, headquartered in Ahmedabad, was established four years ago and has expanded its operations across India. The promoters bring over two decades of strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Position: Executive / Sr Executive HR

Location: Ahmedabad Head Office (ISCON Cross Roads)

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end HR activities of the company
• Manage the entire recruitment activities
• To manage all HR policies/ regulations as well as in implementing HR strategy.
• Foster effective communication between employees and management to create an international culture of the company
• To establish a systematic filing system for employee personal files that will ensure retrieval of employee records
• Managing the payroll operation using HRMS
• To ensure all labour compliances are met
• To track employee attendance, and leaves, and maintain HR documentation.
• To manage the Performance Management activities in close coordination with the Management
• To executive all training related activities and maintain records for the same.
• To prepare all personnel statistical data to control and maintain all personnel information and ensure it is updated

Qualification

• MBA HR / MHRM / MSW
• Experience of around 2-6 years of experience, preferably in Pharma

Skills & Knowledge

• Good hands on experience in any HRMS software.
• Possess good working knowledge of computer (Word, Excel, Power-point presentation) and internet
• Good command of verbal & written Advanced English
