Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive – AMC Sales & Service to manage after-sales service, AMC and spares sales, service coordination, and technical support.

You will handle service calls, warranty and non-warranty issues, and drive AMC/spares sales. Regular coordination with service partners and implementation teams is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in After Sales Service, AMC Sales, Service Engineering, Technical Support, or related fields.
• Strong exposure to AMC Sales, Spares Sales, and Customer Handling preferred.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, site handling, service processes, and RCA.
• Good communication, negotiation, and techno-commercial skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM, SAP, and MS Office is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive AMC and spares sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, conversion, and order closure.

• Monitor service/project status and provide timely updates.
• Support customer meetings and techno-commercial discussions.
• Maintain service records using CRM, SAP, and MS Office.
• Identify service issues and support process improvements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective relationship management.
