Job summary

2coms in India is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage after-sales service, AMC & spares sales, service coordination, and technical support across Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Hyderabad.

You will handle service and warranty calls, drive AMC and spares sales, coordinate with partners, support installations and provide timely updates. Strong communication and CRM/SAP/MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in After Sales Service, AMC Sales, or related fields.
• Strong exposure to AMC Sales, Spares Sales, and Customer Handling.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, service processes, and RCA, plus CRM, SAP and MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage service, warranty, and non-warranty calls and ensure timely closure.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
• Drive AMC and spares sales, including lead generation, follow-ups, conversion, and order closure.
• Coordinate with service partners and authorized installation contractors.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, and spares selection.
• Conduct basic product awareness and technical training.
• Monitor service/project status and provide timely updates.
• Support customer meetings and techno-commercial discussions.
• Maintain service records using CRM, SAP, and MS Office.
