2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an execution-oriented Executive / Senior Executive for AMC Sales & Service in Chandigarh. You will manage after-sales service, nurture customer relationships, drive AMC and spares sales, and coordinate service activities across locations.

The role requires hands-on support for installation, troubleshooting, and training, with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive service management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in after sales service, AMC sales, service engineering, or related fields.
• Strong exposure to AMC sales, spares sales, and customer handling.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, site handling, service processes, and RCA.
• Good communication, negotiation, and techno-commercial skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM, SAP, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
