Galaxy Freight Pvt. Limited seeks a proactive Executive / Senior Executive for Air Export Operations & Documentation to manage air export documentation and coordinate with airlines, customers, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWB/MAWB/HAWB, ASI submission, E‑AWB, and Gate Pass documentation, along with strong MS Office and freight forwarding software skills. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in AWB, MAWB, HAWB preparation, ASI submission, E‑AWB, and Gate Pass documentation.
• Good knowledge of airline documentation and air export procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare AWB, MAWB, and HAWB accurately.
• Submit ASI, process E‑AWB, and prepare Gate Pass.
• Prepare the Final Handover Set for airlines.
• Co‑coordinate with customers, airlines, transporters, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
• Follow up on shipments to ensure timely uplift and movement.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for customs clearance and airline acceptance.
• Resolve documentation and operational issues related to export shipments.
