Job summary

Weekday in Pune is seeking an Associate-level recruiter to manage end-to-end searches for leadership roles, including sourcing, assessment, and onboarding support. You will work with non-IT clients and select SW product customers, focusing on senior-level mandates with a long-term fit.

The role requires 2+ years in recruitment or executive search, strong sourcing skills, and ability to coordinate complex interview processes. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client and industry to tailor searches.
• Source potential candidates through headhunting, networking & social media.
• Interact with candidates to establish fit and interest.
• Assess candidates for functional fit against client needs.
• Coordinate scheduling of assessments and interviews; maintain follow ups.
• Participate in client meetings and stakeholder briefings.
• Prepare candidate reports, market summaries and collateral for clients.
• Build and manage an in-house candidate and sector database.

The role with us requires you to handle an end-to-end search process that covers sourcing - assessment- reports - on boarding of candidates for a long term fit. Most of our work covers leadership mandates with the exceptionof select key customers where we support them in their hiring needs for other levels as well. We work primarily with Non-IT customers but have a handful of our customers from the SW Product companies segment as well.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the client, conducting competitor and allied industry research.
• Source potential candidates through headhunting, networking & social media.
• Conduct primary interaction with potential candidates.
• Assessing candidates on functional fitment.
• Coordinating with candidates for scheduling detailed assessment, interview coordination, follow ups.
• Participating in select client interactions, stakeholder briefing interactions.
• Prepare candidatereports, market summary and similar collaterals to be shared with clients.
• Build / Strengthen / Manage an in-house candidate and sectoral database
• Participate in any other inhouse company project as & when required.
