Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) is seeking a recruitment professional for one of its clients in Pune, India. The role requires 2+ years of experience and a strong focus on non IT hiring, headhunting, and stakeholder coordination.

You will source candidates, conduct initial interactions, assess fit, and coordinate scheduling for assessments and interviews while maintaining in-house databases and contributing to client briefings.

• Conduct primary interaction with potential candidates.
• Assess candidates on functional fitment.
• Coordinate with candidates for scheduling detailed assessment, interview coordination, follow ups.
• Participate in select client interactions and stakeholder briefings.
• Prepare candidate reports, market summaries and collaterals for clients.
• Build/manage an in-house candidate and sectoral database.
• Participate in other in-house company projects as required.
