Job summary

Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise is seeking an SAP specialist to provide centralized support across PS, MM, SD and CS modules. You will handle user access, role management, and SoD mitigation using SAP GRC, while coordinating with SAP consultants on UAT in S/4HANA.

You will also prepare monthly MIS reports, and gather requirements for dotnet portals and mobile apps, ensuring timely delivery and strict alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Hands-on SAP support experience with S/4HANA preferred.
• Proficiency in access control, SoD analysis and UAT processes.

Job description

• Provide centralized SAP support across Pan-India locations for PS, MM, SD, and CS modules, ensuring smooth business operations and timely issue resolution.
• Provide support to the division users including new SAP ID creation and resolution of authorization-related issues.
• SAP user access and role management including creation and maintenance of single roles, composite roles, and role assignments in accordance with business and security requirements.
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis and support mitigation activities for authorization conflicts using SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
• Analyze business requirements, coordinate with SAP consultants, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in SAP S/4HANA to ensure successful and timely delivery of business requirements.
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports for senior management, including Order Book Statements and Dashboard data.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the development and enhancement of dotnet based web portals and mobile applications.
• Coordinate with technology partners and development teams to implement new features, enhancements, and process improvements in applications aligned with business objectives and guidelines.
• Conduct first-level UAT testing for web and mobile applications, document observations, coordinate with developers for issues resolution and support deployment activities in the production environment.
• Provide functional support to business users for web and mobile applications, including master data maintenance, user access management, login-related issues etc.
• Preparation of user manuals, SOPs and conduct end-user training sessions to drive effective adoption of business applications.
• Manage and support ongoing maintenance of business applications, compliance with audit requirements and continuous process improvement initiatives.
