Job summary

Apollo Tyres Ltd in Perambra is seeking an Executive- Safety to lead safety programs in our manufacturing plant. You will implement and monitor safety systems, identify hazards, engage employees and drive a zero-incident safety culture in line with legal and corporate standards.

You will manage risk assessments, audits, training, emergency response and continuous improvement, reporting to the Group Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in large manufacturing plants in Health & Safety.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety or a Bachelors in Fire & Safety Engineering.
• Knowledge of safety standards, risk assessment methods and incident management.

The role focuses on risk identification, hazardmitigation, employee engagement and proactive safety leadership to foster astrong safety culture and achieve zero-incident potential workplace.
