Job summary

Delta Digitech is seeking an experienced Safety/HSE professional to oversee safety standards at project sites in the Power/Refinery/Steel sectors. You will implement policies, conduct inspections and audits, and drive compliance with statutory and company safety procedures.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with multiple teams. You will lead toolbox talks, risk assessments and emergency preparedness activities on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Safety/HSE in Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants, or Industrial Projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety standards at site.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company safety procedures.
• Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, training and awareness programs.
• Monitor activities like work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space and electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
• Monitor PTW, JSA and Risk Assessment processes.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety reports, inspection records and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with project, construction and subcontractor teams for safety compliance and closure of observations.
• Support emergency preparedness and drills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety / HSE professional with 5 to 6 years of experience in Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants or Industrial Projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HSE standards, monitoring site safety, ensuring statutory compliance and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
