Job summary

Ani Integrated Services Ltd in Bengaluru seeks an experienced HSE professional to implement and monitor ISO 45001 aligned health, safety and environmental systems at high-rise construction sites.

You will lead HIRA, JSA, PTW, toolbox talks, inductions and safety training, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and environmental guidelines. A B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical with ADIS certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience in construction.
• Experience on high-rise projects preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and environmental standards.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, HIRA, JSA, and risk assessments.
• Monitor safety for high-risk activities including work at height and lifting.
• Manage PTW, safety documentation, incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training.
