Job summary

Apollo Tyres Ltd, Chennai R&D, is seeking an Executive - S&R to manage certification renewals and regulatory submissions. The role requires liaison with plants, preparation of documents for GSO, SASO and ECE certifications, and maintenance of the certification portal.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in tyre engineering or curing, with B.Tech/BE and proficiency in MS Office. Strong planning and coordination with good communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/engineering degree required in any stream; 1–2 years in tyre industry preferred.
• Knowledge of tyre nomenclature, regulatory standards, and MS Office usage.
• Strong planning and coordination capabilities with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with plants for initiating GSO certificate renewals SKU-wise and upload documents.
• Arrange and upload SASO certificate renewal documents for each SKU.
• Maintain MIS on GSO & SASO certification status and circulate monthly.
• Review documents for ECE certifications and prepare/submission materials.
• Coordinate audits with plants and sales for plant-specific product certifications.

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for

• Renewals of GSO & SASO certificates of each SKUs
• Preparing & submitting for ECE certifications of SKUs
• Co-ordination with each plants & arranging for the renewals of plant specific product certifications
• Maintenanceof certification portal with current & valid certificates

Major Responsibilities

• Co-ordination with plants for initiating the GSO certificate renewalsSKU wise, processing these applications, arranging & uploading the required documents.
• Arranging & uploading the documents required for SASO certification renewals of each SKU.
• Maintaining MIS on GSO & SASO certification status & monthly circulation to all concerned.
• Reviewing the documents provided for ECE certifications & preparing other documents required & submitting for processing the certification.
• Co-ordination with plants & sales team for arranging the audits, completing other formalities required for the audits related to plant specific product certifications
• Updation of certification portal with new / renewed certificates.
• Identifying the regulatory requirements of new markets / countries.
• Maintenance of product & regulatory standards of different countries.
• Arranging documents for other new / renewal certifications.
