Apollo Tyres Ltd in Kerala seeks an Executive- Manufacturing to oversee production, ensure quality, and enforce IMS standards on the shop floor. You will coordinate with tyre building, finishing, HR, and other departments to resolve day-to-day issues and drive seamless material flow.

The role requires hands-on supervision, a B Tech degree, and 2–4 years of experience in tyre production. You will lead efforts to optimise resources, monitor rejections, and sustain safe, clean working conditions

• Production: Analyse production figures sift wise and identify reasons for shortfall and discuss corrective & preventive actions.
• Co-ordination: Coordinate with Tyre building and final finishing for smooth inflow of materials and with HR, IED, PPC, Engg., Technical to tackle day-to-day issues.
• Optimum Utilisation: Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machines and other resources.
• Control of Management Systems: Ensure conformance to quality, environment, health and safety IMS requirements.

• Industrial relations: Maintain cordial relations with workmen and unions to uphold shop floor discipline.
• House Keeping: Initiate activities to improve general upkeep of the shop floor and ensure a clean, safe work area.

Purpose of the Job:To ensure customersatisfaction with respect to product.

Major Responsibilities

• Production: Analyse production figures sift wise and identify reasons for shortfall if any & discuss with superiors / subordinates for corrective &preventive action, Monitor rejections and scrap and analyse reasons to take corrective and preventive actions
• Co-ordination: Co-ordinate with Tyre building and final finishing for smooth inflow and supply of in process material / with other departments like HR, IED, PPC, Engg., Technical etc to tackle day to day issues.
• Optimum Utilisation: Ensuring optimum utilisation of available manpower, machines & other resources.
• Control of Management Systems: Effective control of existing management systems with respect to quality, environment, health and safety. Control includes conformance to norms and authority to stop production as part of adherence to all IMS requirements
• Industrial Relation: Co-ordial relationship with workmen and unions for maintaining discipline in shop floor.
• House Keeping: Initiate activities to improve thegeneral upkeep of the shop floor. Ensure clean and safe work area by conducting audits
