Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking an Executive – Quality Control in Kandla, Gujarat to implement and maintain food safety standards across the plant. You will train staff, prepare SOPs, and drive audits to close gaps in quality and safety.

The role focuses on HACCP, GFSI standards, regulatory audits, and vendor assessments with emphasis on documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc/ MSc or Diploma in Chemistry/Food Technology as stated in the ad.
• Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in quality control.
• Auditing: trained as an internal auditor in FSSC 22000.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Manuals as per FSSC 22000 requirement.
• Preparation of formats to maintain the records.
• Verification & Validation of CCPs, OPRPs, VACCP, TACCP & PRPs.
• Preparation of procedures and implementation of procedures (support).
• Training to employees regarding Food safety & Quality; maintenance of its records.
• Carry out the internal audits and close the gaps with corrective actions.
• Customer audits, Halal, Kosher RSPO Audit & closure of gaps.
• Conduct vendor audits in terms of food safety.

Role Purpose Statement

• Implement the norms of Food Safety management system and ISO standards in entire plant level
• Develop food safety regulations, policies, and procedures for plant operations. Help to develop, implement, and enforce security and food safety standards, policies, and programs including HACCP, and GSFI, regulatory audits, food safety training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), product inspections, and standardized work.
• To prepare procedures, manual, Checklists, Toolbox talk, and formats as per FSSC 22000 for the plant. To train the employees of food safety norms

Main Accountabilities
