Job summary

Topgear Consultants is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance & Food Safety leader to drive QFS culture across the manufacturing network and ensure adherence to HACCP, VACCP and TACCP programs. The role includes documentation, SAP data accuracy, and plant QA training across locations.

You will monitor dashboards, lead CAPA and supplier quality initiatives, and support consumer complaint resolutions while maintaining strict compliance with quality mandates.

Qualifications

Knowledge of statutory standards and food laws by government bodies.
Experience with ISO standards and EMS.
Experience in quality management systems and food safety.

Responsibilities

To drive the Quality and Food Safety culture across value chain.
To drive Quality goals/ KRAs and achieve the set targets year on year.
To identify, plan, document and manage the practices, activities and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives in manner that enables management to enable Quality performance.
To implement PAPL quality standards for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products at all company owned plants and franchisee plants so as to adhere to the PAPL guidelines/specification/requirements.
To ensure regular review and verification of the documents to ensure adherence to the PAPL MTF and QFS SOPs.
To ensure the QMATE documentations are maintained seamlessly for all lines and products.
To ensure daily QFS dashboard review with the plant leadership team to track and monitor the trends.
To effectively implement and drive the food safety program including HACCP, VACCP & TACCP.
To ensure always 100% compliance with the PAPL QFS Mandates.
To ensure 100% correct and timely booking of the various material and SFG production data on SAP.
To ensure 100% compliance to the incoming material analysis and documentation in coordination with the plant purchase team.
To ensure regular external sample analysis and review of the test results for RM/PM/AM and FG as per the PAPL guideline.
To drive the quality system across the manufacturing locations for conformance to specifications of the finished goods leaving the plant premises
To monitor, assess and improve process capabilities across plants
To carry out corrective actions for observations by HO- Quality audit across the value chain- plants, vendors -raw-materials, packaging materials
Analyzing Quality Index based on market sample analysis results and drives CAP for the continual improvement of quality index with proper root cause analysis
Implementation of Consumer response system mechanism, liasoning with plant QA for resolution of consumer complaints
To impart training to quality managers at the plant and executives in HO
To select/recruit QA personnel at plant- HO based on evaluation of competencies
