Job summary

Apollo Tyres Ltd is an international tyre manufacturer with multiple plants in India and overseas. We are seeking an Executive- QA to ensure total customer satisfaction and oversee daily quality audits, process capability data, and tyre inspections at our Perambra unit.

The role reports to the Group Manager in the Quality department and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience with B.Tech/MSc in Mechanical or Polymer. Apply to strengthen our quality systems and product excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
• Exposure to core tools such as SPC and MSA.
• Familiarity with IMS systems and quality data management.
• Experience with cut tyre analysis.
• Understanding of ATQM techniques.

Responsibilities

• Carry out UBT audit (Daily).
• Collect Process capability data (CTQ monthly).
• Carry out Cut tyre analysis (Monthly).
• Tyre weight monitoring (Daily).
• Finished Product Audit/Report (Daily).
• Preparation of PDIR (Daily).
• Shift DMRC (Daily).
• Coordination of customer related activities (when required).
• Defence tyre inspection related activities (As needed).
• Capturing/holding/stopping floor abnormalities (Routine).
