Job summary

Flex, based in Chennai, is seeking an Executive - Program Management to support automation and digitalization efforts. The role reports to the Director and focuses on delivering productivity improvements through automation, analytics, and governance across projects.

The candidate will work with multiple technologies (VBA, UiPath, Tableau, Power Automate) and must have hands-on Excel formula/macros experience, SQL basics, and strong communication. Health benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with formulas in Excel and Excel Macros (VGA) mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and Tableau/BI tools.
• Basic/intermediate SQL knowledge required.
• Knowledge of basic/intermediate statistics with R/Python is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with C#, VB.NET, Power Platform, SharePoint, Visual Studio, ASP.NET preferred.
• Methodical problem solving with strong communication skills.
• Customer-centric focus, empathy, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation initiatives and support PM vertical with technical automation deliverables.
• Understand automation and analytics requirements and build solution plans.
• Use diverse technologies to develop automation, governance, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with users to incorporate UAT feedback and drive enhancements.
• Fix bugs in existing automation solutions (VBA, UiPath, Power Apps, Selenium, PDF extraction, Power Automate).
• Continuously upgrade automation skills to support digital transformation strategies.
• Complete documentation and ensure compliance communications.

Job Summary

The “Executive - Program Management” will be based in Chennai reporting to Director.

This role assists with supporting PM vertical with required automation and technical support to ensure smooth execution of processes and deliver productivity and digitalization benefits.

What a typical day looks like:

• Be a key developer to support all the automation initiatives.
• Understand automation and analytics requirements and build solution plan
• Be versatile to use different technologies to develop automation, governance & analytics solutions.
• Work with users to understand UAT feedback and drive enhancements required
• Bug fixing in exiting automation solutions (VBA, UiPath, Power Apps, Selenium based solutions, PDF extraction, Power Automate etc.)
• Keep enhancing the automation skillset to drive digital transformation strategy.
• Complete documentation and communication around compliance activities.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 3-5 years of experience in formulas in Excel, Excel Macros/VGA are mandatory.
• RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.) and Tableau and other BI tools hands on knowledge is required
• Knowledge on basic/intermediate level SQL is required
• Knowledge on basic/intermediate statistical concepts and execution using R/Python will be a strong plus point
• C#, VB.net, Power platform, Share Point, Visual Studio, Asp.net, etc. are preferred
• Methodical approach to problem solving and attention to detail
• Strong skills in both written and verbal communication.
• Focus should be towards customer centricity, empathy towards customers.
• Timeliness and Proactive Acknowledgment to the requestor.
• Ensures to have thorough knowledge upon the appropriate Tools in order to handle the process in more effective and efficient manner
• Able to work independently on multiple projects with great project time management.
