Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking an experienced automation engineer to lead BIW welding fixtures design and automation scope finalisation with customers and suppliers.

The role involves planning welding fixtures automation, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturing teams, and supporting installation with PLC troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in automation, with strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, SCADA, and ISO documentation; TPM participation is

Qualificações

• BE or Diploma in Electronics or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in automation welding fixtures.
• Knowledge of automation components such as pneumatics, PLC, hydraulics, SCADA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIW welding fixtures automation design.
• Finalize automation scope/architecture with customers.
• Plan and coordinate welding fixtures automation.
• Finalize automation scope/architecture with suppliers.
• Coordinate with automation suppliers.
• Regularly coordinate with manufacturing team on automation activities.
• Obtain manufacturing approvals; assist with automation and PLC troubleshooting at installation.
• Maintain ISO documentation and participate in TPM activities.
• Contribute to quality system improvements and documentation.
