Qualifications

• MSc/BE in Biotechnology or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in biotech production preferred.
• Strong learning ability and team collaboration.
• Willingness to work hands-on in GMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing bacterial and yeast fermentation processes as per SOPs.
• Operate USP equipment such as Filter Press Units and Bioreactors/Fermenters.
• Perform CIP & SIP operations under supervision.
• Monitor process parameters and learn SCADA/DCS tools.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation.

Role Overview

Responsible for carrying out fermentation and cell culture operations for bacterial and yeast processes. The role involves operating bioreactors, monitoring critical parameters, and ensuring GMP-compliant production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing bacterial and yeastfermentation processes as per SOPs.
  
• Operate or assist with USP equipment such as:
  
• Filter Press Units
  
• Bioreactors/Fermenters
  
• Perform CIP & SIP operations under supervision.
  
• Monitor and learn process automation tools likeSCADA/DCS.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance withGMP standards.
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of USP (training provided).
  
• Interest in working in a GMP-regulatedmanufacturing environment.
  
• Strong learning capability and willingness to workhands‑on.
  
• Good communication, documentation, and teamworkskills.
  

Qualifications

M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry,Microbiology.
