Role Overview

Responsible for executing harvesting, fractionation, and purification processes for biopharmaceutical products. The role includes operating purification equipment and ensuring product quality in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Downstream Processing (DSP)

• Perform protein purification of biosimilars, recombinant proteins, andplasma-derived proteins.
• Operate and maintain:
  • Chromatographysystems (AEX, CEX, Affinity, SEC, HIC)
  • TFF(Tangential Flow Filtration) systems
• Execute CIP & SIP procedures for DSP equipment.
• Work efficiently with automation tools:
  • Unicorn(Chromatography software)
  • SCADA/ DCS
  • CCPS
• Document batch processes, deviations, and change controls.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of DSP bioprocessoperations (training provided).
• Interest in working in a GMP-regulatedmanufacturing environment.
• Strong learning capability and willingness to workhands‑on.
• Good communication, documentation, and teamworkskills.
