Job summary

Privi Speciality Chemicals Lt is seeking a plant operator to perform production planning and safety-aligned operations in Gujarat. The role involves daily plant rounds, coordinating with service departments, and operating DCS, distillation, and reactors to ensure continuous process efficiency.

The candidate should be able to manage shift activities, supervise manpower, and adhere to safety protocols while meeting production targets as per plan.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Production Target as per production planning with safety.
• Daily plant round to check the abnormalities in the plant and reports to plant manager
• To ensure smooth running of plant co-ordinate effectively with other service departments.
• Operation of DCS, Distillation, Reactor
• Knowledge of Continuous and batch process both reaction and distillation.
• Handling of chemicals like Toluene, Acetic acid, Sulphuric acid, Acetic any hydride.
• Independent handling of shift activities.
• Manpower handling and monitoring of reaction and distillation
• Give instructions to DCS Operators and run the plant operations.
• Achieve Production Target as per production planning with safety.
