Job summary

Jubilant Pharmova is seeking an Executive in Nira, Maharashtra, to oversee plant operations in our production unit. The role includes monitoring environmental conditions, cleaning equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a B.Sc. with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of continuous chemical processes and DCS/PLC operations is crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Continuous chemical process.

Responsibilities

• Operating the plant as per the instruction of the SIC.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment used in the process area.
• Online monitoring of the environment conditions in process area.
• Noting down all the plant reading regularly.
• Taking raw material transfer.
• Loading / unloading of the material from drums, tanks as per instructions.
• Collecting process samples with necessary safety precautions.
• Ensuring safety of man and machine and housekeeping of the plant.
• Adhering to the permit system.
• Filling check sheets of WCM.

Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Operating the plant as per the instruction of the SIC.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment used in the process area.
• On line monitoring of the environment conditions in process area.
• To note down all the plant reading regularly.
• Taking raw material transfer.
• Loading / unloading of the material from drums, tanks and receives as per the instructions.
• Collecting all the process samples as per instructions of shift in-charge along with all necessary safety precautions.
• Safety of man and machine and house keeping of the plant.
• Ensuring strict adherence to the permit system.
• Following and fill check sheets of WCM.
