Job summary

Gamlaa is seeking a landscape communications professional to craft compelling PowerPoint presentations showcasing biophilic solutions and landscape designs for clients. You will prepare precise pre-sales quotations reflecting project scope and costs, and ensure timely delivery of assignments while engaging with prospects to understand their needs.

As part of a sales-support team, you will collaborate with project managers, designers and engineers to meet stringent client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar profile.
• Strong knowledge of plant species and horticultural practices.
• Basic knowledge on layout markings.
• Passion for sustainable design practices and environmental responsibility.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

· Timely completion of assigned projects with in the time limit provided

· Actively engaging with prospective clients, conducting initial assessments and needs analysis to understand their specific requirements.

· Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside the sales team

· Collaborate with cross functional teams, including project managers, designers and engineers to ensure all deliverables are meet stringent client specifications and maintain the highest quality standards

· Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all materials created, including presentations and BOQs are error free, well-structured and consistently accurate

Key Qualifications: -

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in similar profile

· Strong knowledge of plant species, horticultural practices, and basic knowledge on layout markings

· Passion for sustainable design practices and environmental responsibility.

· Effective project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

· High proficiency on Ms Excel and Power points
