Job summary

Jotun India Private Limited is seeking an Executive - Planning & Distribution based in Ranjangaon, Pune. You will own the end-to-end order processing cycle, coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Production and Transport teams, and drive on-time deliveries with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in planning, distribution or supply chain operations, and a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Monitor order fulfillment and proactively provide accurate updates on order and delivery status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock availability aligns with business and customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve delivery and service issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.
• Demonstrate company leadership values and actively contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused culture, strengthening the Penguin Spirit across daily operations.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As an Executive - Planning & Distribution, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and movement of products across the supply chain. In this role, you will take ownership of distribution activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help optimize logistics operations to deliver excellent customer service. Your contribution will directly support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction by ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time. This role is based at Ranjangaon, Pune and reports to Manager - Planning & Distribution.
