Job summary

Sun Pharma in Vadodara is seeking an Executive in the R&D1 Regulatory Affairs unit. You will create and finalize artwork for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, and ensure designs meet regulatory standards.

You will design labels, cartons, blister packs, leaflets, IFUs, and device graphics, collaborating with Packaging Development and Regulatory Affairs to incorporate required text and warnings. You will also develop marketing assets, maintain brand consistency, and manage file

Qualifications

• Degree/Dip in Graphic Designing
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with pharma packaging design (US FDA, EU, India)

Responsibilities

• Packaging & Labeling Design: Create and finalize artwork for primary, secondary, and tertiary pharma packaging.
• Marketing & Brand Communication: Develop creative assets for digital and print marketing: Cartons, Medication Guide, Outserts, inserts, labels, IFU
• Ensure all designs align with pharma regulatory standards (US FDA, EU, India, etc., as applicable).
• Work closely with Packaging Development and Regulatory Affairs teams to incorporate mandatory text, warnings, and claims.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams: Packaging, Marketing, QA, RA, Production, and Vendors.

Job Description

• Packaging & Labeling Design

Create and finalize artwork for primary, secondary, and tertiary pharma packaging.

Design labels, cartons, blister packs, leaflets, IFUs, and device graphics.

Ensure all designs align with pharma regulatory standards (US FDA, EU, India, etc., as applicable).

Work closely with Packaging Development and Regulatory Affairs teams to incorporate mandatory text, warnings, and claims.

• Marketing & Brand Communication

Develop creative assets for digital and print marketing: Cartons, Medication Guide, Outserts, inserts, labels, IFU

Maintain visual consistency across all company brands and product lines.

Prepare print‑ready files with accurate die-lines, color codes, barcodes, and technical specifications.

Manage version control, artwork revisions, and approval cycles.

Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams: Packaging, Marketing, QA, RA, Production, and Vendors.
