Bisk Farm in Kolkata is seeking an Executive - Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant to design, develop, and customize Oracle components, and to act as SME for O2C, P2P, and SCM Procurement.

The role requires hands-on PL/SQL and Oracle BI Publisher, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs while supporting testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS R12.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Report Builder, Form Builder, and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills; Oracle DB 11g/12c/19c.
• Understanding of O2C and P2P cycles; SCM procurement modules.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Designation: Executive - Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Development: Design, develop, and customize Oracle components using Oracle Report Builder, Oracle Form Builder, and Oracle BI Publisher (XML Publisher).
• Database Programming: Write, optimize, and maintain complex PL/SQL queries, packages, procedures, and triggers to support business logic and data migrations.
• Functional Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Finance modules (O2C and P2P cycles) and Supply Chain Procurement.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents.
• System Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex techno-functional issues within the Oracle EBS R12 environment.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure smooth deployment of enhancements and patches.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS R12 environments.
• Core Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Report Builder and Oracle Form Builder.
  • Proficiency in designing templates and reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle Database 11g/12c or higher/19c).
• Core Functional Skills:
  • In‑depth understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.
  • Solid working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Procurement modules (Purchasing, Inventory, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
