Job summary

Estuate, Inc. is seeking a senior Techno-Functional Oracle EBS Consultant to lead end-to-end reporting and analytics for Oracle EBS. You will mentor a team, coordinate with customers, gather requirements, and drive delivery.

You will develop PL/SQL, design star-schema data warehouses, and build dashboards using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and OAC. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Deep understanding of the EBS data model with strong SQL/PLSQL expertise.
• Strong experience with reporting tools: BI Publisher, OAC, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end reporting and analytics stream for Oracle EBS.

• Develop dashboards and analytics using OAC, Power BI, Tableau, or Incorta.
• Own solution design, technical architecture, and performance tuning for reporting and data warehouse components.

• Prior experience as an onsite/offshore coordinator or delivery lead.
• Incorta experience is a strong plus (data modeling, dashboards, and loaders).
