Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma holder with relevant trade training.
• 1–2 years of experience operating plastic manufacturing machines.
• Basic knowledge of preventive machine maintenance.
• Good understanding of 5S workplace practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine performance.
• Identify machine issues and coordinate timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace by following 5S principles.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of tools, gauges, and equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to manufacture components accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
