Job summary

Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. ltd. in Navsari is seeking an Executive - Operations for the Tile Adhesives unit. The role covers day-to-day production planning, material handling, and timely packing and dispatch of adhesives and related products.

You will coordinate with Stores, Sales, Dispatch, Quality, R&D and Purchase, manage ERP entries, and monitor inventory and production efficiency to ensure smooth operations. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BSc in chemical/mechanical/industrial/production engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, construction chemicals, adhesives, coatings, or related industry.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical manufacturing processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP, Excel, and production/inventory reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute daily/weekly production plans as per stock requirements.
• Manage production of epoxy adhesives, grout, waterproofing, water-based and solvent-based products.
• Monitor RM, PM, WIP, and FG stock and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain RM-to-FG consumption, production, and inventory records.
• Make accurate production/stock entries in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Stores, Sales, Dispatch, Quality, R&D, and Purchase teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure FG is produced and packed and dispatched on time.
• Oversee packing operations and bottle filling processes.
• Support R&D in pilot/trial batch production and maintain batch records.
• Monitor material consumption, wastage, and production efficiency.
• Identify and implement improvements in production, packing, and processes.
• Maintain production, inventory and MIS reports as per policy.
• Ensure housekeeping, safety and SOP compliance.

Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day production and operational activities of the Construction Chemicals unit, including production planning, inventory control, packing, system entries, stock reconciliation, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute daily/weekly production plans as per sales and stock requirements.
• Manage production of epoxy adhesives, epoxy/cement-based grouts, waterproofing, water-based, and solvent-based products.
• Monitor RM, PM, WIP, and FG stock and ensure physical stock matches system stock.
• Maintain RM-to-FG consumption, production, and inventory records.
• Make accurate and timely production/stock entries in the ERP/system.
• Coordinate with Stores, Sales, Dispatch, Quality, R&D, and Purchase teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure finished goods are produced and packed as per sales requirements and dispatched on time.
• Manage machine-based and manual packing operations, including bottle filling and packing machines.
• Support R&D in pilot/trial batch production and maintain proper batch records.
• Monitor material consumption, wastage, rejection, and production efficiency.
• Identify and implement improvements in production, packing, and operational processes.
• Maintain all production, inventory, and MIS reports as per company policy.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance with SOPs.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Sc. in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, construction chemicals, adhesives, coatings, or related industry.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant qualifications may also be considered.
