We’re seeking someone with 1–3 years in Data Operations or related fields; BE/BTech or MBA; strong stakeholder skills; and hands-on data tech like Databricks, SQL, PySpark, and Python to drive scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Engineering, Product Management, or Project Management.
• Educational background in BE/BTech, MBA, or Postgraduate programs.
• Industry exposure to India market data operations within Data Startups, Business Information Companies, Credit Rating Agencies, or similar data-centric organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, technology, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive data product strategy, including market opportunity assessment, revenue potential analysis, competitive benchmarking, and data partnership development.
• Lead large-scale customer projects with end-to-end ownership of project management, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and execution.
• Manage data teams, ensuring effective project tracking, resource planning, and timely delivery of business-critical objectives.
• Hands-on expertise in Cloud, Databricks, SQL, RDBMS, PySpark, and Python, building scalable data solutions and automating data processes.

Key Responsibilities:
