Job summary

The company is RBI-licensed (AD-II) with 26 branches nationwide and a focus on fast-growing forex services. The role supports Customer Success/Operations; UG graduates are eligible, with willingness to travel to branch locations as needed.

I have completed two years and four months. got enough experience in auditing of various RBI guidelines like checking physical verification of INR cash and foreign currencies, verification of cash memos and verification of retail purchase documents, bulk sale, bulk purchase, all FLM 1 to 8. Have to travel a lot. Trivandrum, Kollam, Kottayam, Airport, Thrissur and Calicut are the other branches and base branch is Kochi MG Road branch.

Dislikes

Some of the senior staffs are not down to earth persons. Some of them treat juniors badly.They may play seniority. As I am a junior in the industry, a new person in the forex, my auditing works also gets affected. They may also play a favoritism among the person who they like more.
