Job summary

Asian Paints Limited invites a Stakeholder Manager to drive Wood Coatings growth by enabling dealers, contractors and architects through activations, samplings and trainings.

You will expand the dealer and retail network, coordinate with projects and services teams, and ensure effective promotion schemes and timely resolution of complaints. A full-time graduation is required and MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS).
• Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs.
• Graduation must be through a full-time course.
• Applicants with Engineering background will not be considered.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dealer network in driving sales value and volume for Wood Coatings.
• Generate demand for wood coatings by organizing activations, samplings and trainings for stakeholders.
• Expand the network for wood coatings by sharing leads with retail, projects and services teams.
• Engage with stakeholders who deal exclusively with wood coatings, e.g., furniture manufacturers.
• Conduct shop meets on new wood coatings to promote growth.
• Drive sales by engaging contractors and architects through trainings and activations.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotional schemes and displays for all stakeholders.
• Resolve dealer and consumer complaints with respect to wood-coatings within timelines.
• Assist Marketing in product trials and building inferences on Asian Paints strengths vs. competitors.
• Devise ways to communicate product strengths to consumers and influencers.

Stakeholder Management

• Generate demand for wood coatings by means of organizing activations, samplings and trainings to stakeholders like contractors, applicators etc.
• Expand the network for wood coatings through integration with retail, projects and services team by means of sharing of leads
• Drive growth by targeting and engaging with certain specific stakeholders who deal exclusively with Wood coatings like furniture manufacturers
• Conduct shop meets on new wood coatings to promote growth in the market
• Drive sales by engaging with contractors and architects by means of product trainings and activations
• Ensure effective implementation of various promotional schemes and displays for all stakeholders like contractors, dealers etc.
• Resolve dealer and consumer complaints with respect to wood‑coatings and ensure closure within benchmark timelines
• Assist Marketing function in conducting product trials and building inferences on Asian Paints product strength vis‑à‑vis products in market.
• Devise ways in which the product strengths can be communicated to the consumers and influencers
