Job summary

Asian Paints Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a frontline technical personnel to drive growth and penetration of waterproofing products across Karnataka through lead conversions and product trainings for applicators, contractors and stakeholders.

You will meet clients, consultants and architects, secure enquiries, and push for approvals and specifications of construction chemical materials for Karnataka projects. Expect extensive site visits and collaboration with sales teams.

Qualifications

• Btech Civil or Diploma in Civil (full-time) required.
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems and construction chemicals.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Karnataka.

Responsibilities

• Grow and penetrate waterproofing products in defined geography through lead conversions.
• Provide product trainings to applicators, contractors, architects and consultants.
• Identify and bring enquiries/leads; drive for approvals and specifications of construction chemicals.

The position is that of frontline technical personnel who would primarily be responsible for growth and penetration of waterproofing products in defined geography through lead conversions and product trainings to various stake holders like applicators, contractors and thereby achieving overall business objectives

Knowledge about Architects and Consultants will be an added advantage. She will handle given list of Architect and consultant.

Candidate will have to meet client, consultant, and architect. She has to bring enquiry / lead. Subsequently she has to follow for approval and specification of construction chemical material for Karnataka based project.

Working with larget sets of sales personnel in matrix kind of environment.

Previous Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience preferable in Civil construction / chemicals company.
• Product knowledge on construction chemicals and waterproofing products
• Planning and result orientation
• Communication skills- verbal and written Additional Requirements
• Role involves visiting project sites which requires extensive travelling
• Proficiency with MS – Office, in particular MS – Excel is mandatory.
