Job summary

Asian Paints in Vadodara is seeking a Decor Sales Officer to drive décor category sales at the store level and ensure operational excellence for a delightful customer experience.

You will lead store staff, manage customer conversions, coordinate with dealers, and coordinate with central training teams to recruit and groom talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Salesperson in Décor showroom.
• Ability to manage multiple customers in various stages of sales conversion.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales through store staff.
• Drive store-level GMV and revenue.
• Store staff will report to Sales Officer; responsible for productivity of each staff member.
• Maintain customer level index and convert customers.
• Meet customers for conversion and drive on-ground demand generation.
• Dealer servicing and maintaining dealer health cards; coordinate with Sleek/Bath/UPVC/WT where needed.
• Serve as Single Point of contact for the store; order servicing coordination with Sleek/Bath/UPVC.
• Ensure hygiene areas and drive store operational excellence.
• Focus on effective usage of digital journey to aid customer conversion.
• Team training and grooming in coordination with central training team.
• Team recruitment.

Job Description for Décor Sales Officer

The ideal candidate to have experience of working in a Home Décor showroom. The Goal will be to ensure store team is driving Décor category sales and are adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create delightful experience for customers.

What You'll Do

• Driving Sales thru store staff
• Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
• Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff.
• Maintain customer level Index.
• Meeting customers for conversion
• Drive on ground Demand generation activities.
• Dealer servicing
• Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same.
• Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT
• Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store
• Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC
