Asian Paints in Ambala is seeking a Decor Sales Officer with proven senior sales experience in décor showrooms. The role focuses on driving store sales, customer conversion, and maintaining operating excellence.

You will lead store staff, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive on-ground demand generation to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate excels in negotiation, organization, and teamwork, with strong time-management and leadership abilities to train and recruit the sales

Responsibilities

• Driving sales through store staff.
• Drive store level GMV and revenue.
• Store staff report directly to Sales Officer and Sales Officer ensures productivity.
• Maintain customer level index.
• Meet customers for conversion.
• Drive on-ground demand generation activities.
• Dealer servicing and maintaining dealer health cards.
• Coordinate sales and servicing with Sleek/Bath/UPVC/WT.
• Serve as single point of contact for the store.
• Coordinate with stakeholders as SPOC for order servicing and issues.
• Execute hygiene areas and store operational excellence.
• Focus on effective usage of digital journey leading to customer conversion.
• Team training and grooming in coordination with central training team.
• Team recruitment.

Job Description for Décor Sales Officer

The ideal candidate to have experience of working in a Home Décor showroom. The Goal will be to ensure store team is driving Décor category sales and are adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create delightful experience for customers.

What You'll Do

• Driving Sales thru store staff
• Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
• Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff.
• Maintain customer level Index.
• Meeting customers for conversion
• Drive on ground Demand generation activities.
• Dealer servicing
• Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same.
• Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT
• Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store
• Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC
